At Squishy Jolliday, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preferences.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Pre-orders: Once an order has been placed, cancellations are generally not accepted. If we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
